  • As our products are handcrafted, certain items may take additional time to prepare or restock.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

2. Shipping Time & Delivery
  • Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote or rural areas.

  • We will share a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

  • SesaiCraft is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

 

3. Shipping Charges
  • Free shipping may be offered on select products or order values (as mentioned during checkout).

  • For other orders, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and product weight.

  • Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

4. Packaging
  • We use eco-friendly and recyclable packaging materials wherever possible to ensure minimal environmental impact.

  • Each product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

 

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact information.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges will apply.

 

6. International Shipping
  • Currently, SesaiCraft ships only within India.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
  • If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos at [support@sesaicraft.com].

  • We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as per our [Return & Refund Policy].

  • SesaiCraft is not liable for any lost packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the courier service.
