Cancellation/Refund Policy

At SesaiCraft, we create handcrafted, eco-friendly products made with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in color, size, and texture are normal and make each product unique. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to assist you.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

  • Once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@sesaicraft.com with your order number.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and has the original packaging and tags.

Please Note:

  • Minor variations in color, pattern, or texture are part of handmade products and are not eligible for return.

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

3. Return Process

If your order qualifies for a return:

  1. Email us at support@sesaicraft.com with your order number, issue details, and clear photos of the product.

  2. After verification, we will provide return shipping instructions or arrange a pickup (based on service availability in your area).

  3. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and confirm whether it is eligible for a replacement or refund.

 

4. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • We will send you a replacement product (subject to stock availability).

  • If the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit, based on your preference.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

 

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products purchased during sales, offers, or discounts

  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
