FOR ALL INDIA ORDERS, AN ENTRY TAX NEEDS TO BE PAID AS PER THE GOVERNMENT'S POLICY. BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THE SAME.

Note: Processing time for orders containing more than one item will be according to the item in your order requiring the longest processing time as all items in a single order will ship together. 

Delivery Time:

For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 5-7 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason, it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

If your order is delayed by more than four days of time told to you, call us asap with your Order no. We’ll surely expedite it and make sure it reaches fast.

Additional Costs:

In case there's any octroi or entry charge, the buyer will be liable to pay for the same.

Shipping Costs:

We charge a nominal of ₹ 99 shipping and handling fees.

Where do we ship?

We ship PAN India. But if it is so happens that your shipping address doesn't fall under our courier partner's service area, then your order will be dispatched by Indian Postal Service. There might be a delay in delivery time in such case. We will inform you of the same via email.

Important Information

Please note that the buyer is responsible for providing any inward form or declaration form required to send the material to the provided shipping address. In case the buyer fails to do so, we won't be responsible for delay in delivery.

Shipping Details are the delivery name, address and contact details where you would like your order delivered. If your Billing and Shipping details are the same, simply click the box provided.

Caution: Billing Address & Shipping Address could be different. Please make sure to fill in the right one at the right place.

Packaging Information:

Our team makes sure your shipment reaches as it left our warehouse. Our boxes/packets are sturdy and the items are wrapped in bubble wrap for protection. All orders are packed securely. Because we are customers ourselves, we know how frustrating it can be when the packaging is not quite right.

FULFILLMENT

Handled with care - allow 2-3 business days for fulfillment Each order is packaged with care by our team in SALEM,TAMIL NADU. In general, most products are made-to-order, while some are ready-to-ship. For any orders with made-to-order items, please allow upto 2-4 business days for your order to ship out. Orders entirely consisting of ready-to-ship products can expect orders to go out within 1-2 business days. During the holidays and major promotions, shipping times may require additional time. Once an order is packed and ready to ship, a label is printed for a shipment and customers will receive a mail that their shipment is on its way along with the tracking number for the shipment.

Delivery Information:

Orders shipped on completion of the processing period and via our reliable shippers will be delivered to most destinations in India within 5 working days from shipping. In case of unforeseen delays in shipping please allow some days for delivery over your order processing time. If you have still not received your order, please contact us with your Order Number at +91 9715333777.

Please note: Depending on your shipping location, Octroi Levies and/or Local Govt. Taxes may be applicable on your shipment and the same will be payable by the consignee on delivery to claim the shipment.
